Psychology (mainly success psychology)

I come from a family where all the closest ancestors and relatives (Parents, Grandparents on both sides, Great-Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles [Parents’ siblings], etc.) have shown high ambitions since I can remember. They all have emphasized the great importance of education and education. Even as a child, I surrounded myself with people for whom higher academic education was very important. In addition, I grew up in an environment where learning about self-development was natural. As a „colored mind” (see synesthesia), I’ve always felt the need to express myself in an original, slightly eccentric way, so certain social contexts have blocked my personality. This „blocking” caused certain cognitive dissonances in social life. The greater number of neuronal connections in my brain means that my body feels directly proportionally more stimuli in greater intensity, which causes more stress and causes more tension in the body than on average in humans (colloquially translating: the increased number of neurons „stimulates to action”; nervous is „more sensitive” than the one without synesthesia, which does not mean, however, that it is „weaker”) – I had to learn to function with it (yes, it is one of the shadows of [poly]synesthesia). Despite these features and social pressure, family support has never been lacking. Passion for the psychology of success helped me: gain courage, master the mechanisms that relieve stress, understand your body, stop proving to other people… myself, etc. It used to be said that only „go-good” people are successful, which I mistakenly equated with „extroversion”. So, during my adolescence, I tried very hard to be an extrovert. However, only years later did I stop pretending and accept, understand and love my introverted nature – only this allowed me to achieve peace of mind. In the past, I also wanted to gain a lot in a short time, and focusing on the goals themselves caused delays in the processes. However, when I entered the world of science as a very young person, I realized that when the work itself and the path to the goal are passion, it is easier to achieve goals. That’s why I do what I love (and vice versa :-)).
